I have to be honest with you man, both of these are pretty good but the absolute best soccer boot remains the adidas copa mundial. it is not the most good looking but still is the most famous for a good reason: it has everything any soccer player would look for. It is comfortable, light, reliable is even great for free kick takers since it curves the ball really well. If you wanna get a boot that isn’t gonna disappoint you, get that one.

I think both the predators are great boots (the old absolutes are cheaper, though). I know that both the predators are very comfortable, but they do suffer from minor durability problems, such as the snap-prone elastic tongue fastener. The new black and lime green T90 laser 2′s are ugly. I never owned a pair but i don’t care for the look. I like the white and black total 90 laser 1′s better. The adidas adipure is a very comfortable, traditional soccer cleat. It doesn’t have any of the useless technology of the modern boots and is a traditional adidas boot, pure and simple.

How cute! Those are such awesome little reels!

I have the 955, 965, and 975.

Make sure you rinse them off outside with the hose or in the shower… they are vintage, and you don’t want them to corrode and get all ugly.

There is a switch that is activated when the pedal is pressed and since the cart is a auto drive the harder you push the faster you go. when you let up on the pedal the switch is deenergized

Gas golf carts have a starter-generator which acts as a starter and an alternator. A micro switch is connected to the accelerator linkage. Different brands use different ones go to nivel.com they have many different ones. The starter is belt driven.

Vintage Penn reels would be one of the few reels I might still use, (other than old Abu Garcia baitcaster’s).

You will probably have to replace some part of the drag, but that shouldn’t be an issue because parts for Penn are the easiest to find and have replaced.

Do you want a conventional/baitcaster type Penn or a Spinning reel?

In my opinion, the older Penn reels are better than the newer ones because the new design Penn’s have various parts made in China.

I say go for it.

Jason (above) is correct. GT and Dyno are the same company, which is owned by Pacific Cycles who own Mongoose, Schwinn, Pacific, GT name brands and will SOON own Cannondale.

Having just come back from Taiwan and visiting several bicycle factories (it’s my job) that MOST Pacific brands are made by Ideal or Fairly, NOT by Merida.

Both GT and Dyno are still being made.

Dyno are part of GT, from when Gary Turner ran the company back in the day. They purchased a number of bmx brands when they were probably the biggest bike company going. I’m pretty sure they only produce bmx’s under the GT brand now as they ran into some difficulties a few years back and severely streamlined the company. They are now owned by Pacific Bicycle company who also own Mongoose.
